Free to GPs, healthdirect Video Call is a secure, easy-to-use video platform that integrates seamlessly into practice workflows. It is developed and managed by Healthdirect Australia on behalf of the Australian Government.

The service can rapidly integrate into GP practices. Sign your practice up today. We provide free training to help GPs and administrators with service adoption.

Many GPs had to pivot to telehealth almost overnight this year. While many Australians are now returning to the consultation room, others prefer – or benefit from – GP appointments at a distance.
 
Video Call is convenient for patients and removes travel time and the risk of disease transmission. It also enhances the patient’s telehealth experience compared to a telephone consultation.
