About Heart Foundation

The Heart Foundation has a vision of an Australia free of heart disease.
Our mission
To prevent heart disease and improve the heart health and quality of life of all Australians through our work in prevention, support and research.
The Heart Foundation's 2018-2020 Strategy (One Heart)
One Heart shapes the way we reduce the impact of risk factors and how we support Australians affected by heart disease, with a focus on communities disproportionately affected, and how we fund ground-breaking research.
It will support our people to further develop their skills and strengthen our financial position so that we can deliver our mission.
