A GPs ability to create a welcoming and safe environment within consultations positively impacts the patient/GP relationship. while judgemental language has the potential to negatively impact both the therapeutic relationship and clinical outcomes for patients. In this webinar, we invite you to think about systems within your practice and how this impacts the patient experience of general practice from their decision to book a consultation through to ongoing case management.
