Mastering multi morbidity - Managing everyday complexity in general practice (ON-DEMAND: 21mins)

Presentation Description

General Practitioners (GPs) are the specialist in managing multi-morbidity, and this session will focus on what approaches have been known to work and the difficulties that GPs may experience in the management of multi-morbidity.   

The speakers will look at current evidence and guidelines, and discuss how these can be applied to our patients, through the use of case studies.

Learning outcomes
  1. Discuss approaches to managing patients with multi-morbidity in general practice
  2. Apply evidence and guidelines, where they exist, to the effective management of patients with multi-morbidity
  3. Describe the role of GPs and primary care teams in managing patients with multi-morbidity
